Débora Aguiar who is an architect and interior designer, graduated in 1989 from one of the best Brazilian universities, FAU MACKENZIE . She started off her career working at Carlos Bratke&Aflalo and Gasperini Arquitetos. In 1990 Débora Aguiar Arquitetos e Interiores was founded..

Since then, she has worked in various segments and develpoed projects in Brazil and in other countries. In 1998, she finally entered in the corporate business, winning a bid for a telephoning company, Tess. This project included offices, stores, the building and telehouses.

Soon, other projects in the same segment showed up (Impsat, Optiglobe, Diveo, Netstream, AT&T, Vésper, Metrorede, etc).As this corporate market was growing fast, Debora opened up another company Débora Aguiar e Arquitetos Associados.She started working in other Brazilian states Rio de Janeiro, Salvador and Santa Catarina, and in other countries like Argentina and the United States.

In charge of the office, Debora coordinates a team composed of young and talented professionals, who are looking for new challenges. Tailor-made, comfort and well-being are part of every project developed by them. The teamwork assures solution and safety in the execution of outstanding ideas followed by a contemporary style.

Always responsible for the projects and interfaces in the construction phase, Debora has been building successful partnerships with renown companies as Camargo Corrêa, Cyrela, Racional, Getec, Setin, RJZ, Rossi, Tecnisa, Agra, Gafisa, Mac, Klabin Segall and, also with managers like Figueiredo Ferraz, Jakko Poyry e Holder .

In the last five years, Debora has been making the difference in the real estate market, working together with construction companies and incorporations managing from consulting, architect, interior designer, creation, conception developing to execution of the project as a whole regarding the common areas of the enterprise(club, spas, leisure area, lobbies, auditoriums and business centers) as well as social areas, thematic lounges( cooking space) and private areas(residences, apartments and penthouses). The aim is the creation of beauty, adding value and incrementing sales significantly in the real estate market.

In the commercial segment, Debora Aguiar has creates projects for stores in malls, restaurants, hotels, insurance offices, diagnosis centers, law offices, jewelry stores, and so on.

In the residential market, her work includes projects for apartments in big cities, farms, country houses and beach houses. In the international market, we can highlight a project developed in Bay Hill, Orlando (USA).Recently she added up to her projects in the United States, a real estate enterprise in Palm Beach, Florida.
